Ordering/Purchasing/Renewing. You will need to complete an online form. During this, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We never store your credit card number. For your safety, payments are processed on an independent securely hosted website that uses established data security and encryption methods. This information is used for billing purposes, to fulfil your orders and to communicate with you about your subscription/order and for marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

Internal And External Use: We use your personal subscription information to process your order and provide you with customer service. We may internally use your personal information to improve the process of subscriptions/orders, content and layout, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about subscribers. In order to facilitate such use, we may share your information to our third party companies only for those purposes.

Email newsletters:

The Site may invite you to submit your name and email address to receive email newsletter updates. All newsletters from Subbuddy will contain clear and obvious instructions on how to have your email removed from the mailing list, and you can always contact us at any time at subscriptions@subbuddy.co.nz and ask to be removed. Your details will not be used for any other purpose other than for providing you the newsletter.

If the Site invites you to join a third-party mailing list and you accept, it will provide your name and email to the named third-party only and will not reveal any other information the Site has about you. You can ask us or third-parties to stop sending you marketing messages by contacting us at any time or by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the relevant e-mail.
